 Lou has over 30 years of mortgage experience and extensive relationships throughout the industry. His experience in all mortgage related activities makes him one of the most highly respected mortgage bankers in the industry. 

Lou was born in Italy and moved to the United States at age 13. He began working for Jersey Mortgage Company in 1993 as a Loan Officer and was promoted to Vice President in 2001.

With several years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan focuses on all property types and products for his clients to be successful in commercial real estate. 

Dan has complete transactions for his clients all over the United States and is highly respected throughout New Jersey for his ability to get the most difficult projects done for his clients. He is also certified by the State of New Jersey to teach classes regarding commercial financing. 

From purchasing your first multifamily property or helping his clients with the acquisition of large shopping centers, high rises, and outdoor entertainment centers, Dan and his team have the experience to get it completed for you.

Dan is also a member of the National Association of Commercial Loan Brokers and the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.

I come prepared with over 18 years experience in the commercial lending industry and over 30 years experience in the credit industry.
